Built for rental income
General-purpose transfers and paper checks leave landlords piecing records together. Property Peace keeps rent-specific charges, reminders, and verified payment activity connected to the right tenant and lease.
Configure rent details and custom late-fee rules for each lease.
Keep due-date and overdue reminders on a predictable schedule.
Use verified payment events to update one organized rent ledger.
A better tenant experience
Give tenants a clear place to understand balances, follow payment instructions, and find their records.
Tenants can see what is due and review their payment history without chasing down old messages.
Eligible tenants connect a bank account or supported card through Stripe-hosted payment flows.
Scheduled notices make due dates and overdue balances easier to keep track of.
Verified payment events update the rent ledger so both sides have a consistent record.
More than rent collection
Property Peace brings the records around rent day into the same calm workspace as the rest of your property operations.
Keep units, leases, contacts, and rent details connected.
Track charges, verified payments, overdue balances, and payment history.
Schedule in-app and email reminders; configured SMS messaging remains a Premium feature.
Move repair requests into an organized workflow alongside each property.
Store lease documents, dates, and renewal information in one place.
Use landlord-focused templates to plan income and expenses beyond the monthly rent cycle.
Rent payment access starts off for every organization. An owner or manager requests access, Property Peace reviews the request, and Stripe onboarding plus connected-payee review happen separately before tenant payments can be enabled.
Submit the organization request from Property Peace.
Wait for approval, then finish the required Stripe setup.
Payments unlock only after every pay and transfer gate is ready.
Frequently asked questions
Online rent payment access is not currently available. Landlords can still use Property Peace to organize rent charges, recorded payments, overdue balances, late fees, and reminders.
Yes. Rent payment access is included with the Free plan, but it starts off by default and requires organization approval and payment setup. SMS messaging remains a Premium feature and requires activation and configuration.
Property Peace reviews each request before unlocking onboarding. Approval only opens the setup process; it does not by itself enable tenant payments or transfers.
Available payment methods depend on the organization's completed Stripe configuration. Eligible tenants may be offered secure bank-account or supported card payment options only after all readiness checks pass.
Yes. Verified provider events update the Property Peace rent ledger and payment history, helping landlords reconcile rent without copying transactions from a general-purpose payment app.
Landlords can configure late-fee rules and schedule rent reminders. These are rule-based follow-ups—not autonomous decisions—and SMS delivery requires Premium plus messaging setup.
Property Peace uses Stripe-hosted connection and payment flows, so Property Peace does not store raw bank-account or card credentials. Access and payment actions remain fail-closed until the required approval, onboarding, and readiness checks succeed.
Timing varies by payment method, provider processing, review status, and bank schedules. Property Peace also keeps safety holds in place—currently 7 days for card payments and 14 days for ACH—so transfers may remain unavailable after a tenant payment is accepted.
